Yes, we do allow events/shoots at the villa, subject to Home Owner's approval. Please note that a maximum of 14 people can be accommodated in the villa for an overnight stay. Access to the pool will be subject to home owner's approval. Depending on the event and its requirements, a refundable deposit and additional charges may be applied. Please note that loud music (if needed for your function) will only be permitted during certain hours. Any other permissions required for photo shoot/functions will need to be taken by the guests themselves. Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire Home?

No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home.

Is Alcohol allowed? Are there any corkage charges?

Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. There are no corkage charges.

Are meals provided onsite? What are the charges?

A sumptuous breakfast is included in the tariff. Freshly brewed tea and coffee will be served at breakfast and at afternoon tea. At other times of the day, you will have access to a tea and coffee station, or it can be prepared for you at an additional charge. Guests can opt to have a private chef for a personalised culinary experience at an additional charge of INR 3500 + GST per meal with an additional charge for groceries at actuals.

Is smoking / alcohol consumption permitted?

Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied. Late check-out charges includes meals (lunch).

What is the cancellation policy?

If the Guest cancels the booking anywhere before 21 days before checkin date, they are entitled to a 100% refund. If the Guest cancels the booking anywhere between 21-11 days before checkin date, they are entitled to a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after 11 days to checkin date, there would be no refund. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever. If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same. Cancellation for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (29th Oct to 10th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted. A nominal 2.75% convenience fee would be deducted from the refund amount for processing of the cancellation

How can I make a payment?

Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case you're unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.

How many extra mattresses can be provided?

1 extra mattresses per room can be arranged onsite. Our home has adequate bed sheets, blankets and pillows for extra bedding.

Do you provide toiletries and bath towels?

Yes, we provide toiletries like soap, shampoo, and towels.

Is the Home air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our bedrooms are air-conditioned. The living room also has an AC.

Is there Internet/ 4G/ WiFi connection available onsite?

Yes, the villa has WiFi connection. There is adequate network connectivity, if not 4G then 3G.

Do you have a problem with mosquitoes? How do you deal with it to make our stay more comfortable?

Given the lush green setting of the home in Candolim, mosquitoes can be present. All rooms have repellents, and guests are encouraged to close windows between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm to keep insects out.

Does the villa face frequent power outages? Are there any invertors or gensets to address this issue?

We have a backup inverter in case of rare occasions of power failure. Guests are requested to switch off the ACs during power outages as it consumes more power.

What type of beds, mattresses do you have?

Our bedrooms have lovely queen-sized beds.

Can stray dogs enter the premises?

No, the home is within a fenced area. However, should a stray dog enter, inform the caretaker and he will address the issue.

Is the property properly fenced? Is there a boundary wall?

Yes, our home has a stone wall surrounding the premises.

Is there First-aid kit available at your Home?

Yes, we do have a first-aid kit onsite, stocked with Dettol, band-aids and over-the-counter medicines like Metacin, Crocin etc.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

Yes, there are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.

Is there a security guard / watchman?

Yes. The home is located within a gated complex.

Is the villa and its surroundings well lit up?

The villa is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas i.e lawns, grounds.

Is this home senior citizen friendly?

Yes, our home is senior citizen/elderly friendly. The home has 1 bedrooms on the ground floor. Other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. All the bedroom have private bathrooms, again easy to access at night without any supervision. All our bathrooms have anti-skid surface. In case of a medical emergency, the caretaker has the numbers for doctor-on-call or ambulance service-on-call. The home is ambulance accessible.

Is the villa wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our home is wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevator available for use.

Is there a pool and what's the depth/ length of the pool?

Yes, there is a private plunge pool within the complex. Pool timings are between 9 am to 7 pm. The water is chlorinated. As there is no lifeguard on hand, guests are advised to be cautious (especially around kids) and to refrain from swimming late at night. Our pool is available for poolside parties. However, we recommend keeping alcohol, food and glass bottles away from the pool to avoid accidents.

Is there a beach close by and is it clean and safe?

Candolim beach, 6 mins drive. The tides are safe, but we recommend you to enjoy the waves from a distance post sunset.

What can we do for fun around the property?

Candolim is well known for its serene beaches, vibrant nightlife, and a mix of cultural and recreational activities. The main attraction of the area is Candolim Beach itself. This long and expansive beach offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxing walks, sunbathing, or engaging in water sports like parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat rides, and more. Located nearby (10 mins drive), Fort Aguada is a historic Portuguese fort that offers stunning panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. The fort also houses a lighthouse and a well-preserved freshwater reservoir. Candolim has a lively nightlife with numerous beach clubs, shacks, and bars. Enjoy live music, dance to the tunes of DJs, and savor the beachfront ambiance. Take a boat trip from Candolim to spot dolphins in their natural habitat. Many operators offer morning and evening dolphin cruises, providing an opportunity to see the playful creatures. Explore the local market to experience the vibrant Goan culture.
