• SaffronStays allows rescheduling a booking only up to 2 days prior to check-in.
• SaffronStays charges no rescheduling charge if the booking is rescheduled within 21 days prior to check-in. SaffronStays charges a 25% rescheduling fees between 21 days - 2 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). The rescheduled booking will become non refundable and no further changes will be allowed.
• If a non cancellable coupon is used in the booking, guests can reschedule the booking for any upcoming dates by paying a 25% rescheduling fee for the next 90 days. The booking can be rescheduled in the same home only.
• If the tariff of the new dates is higher than the tariffs of the original booking, the difference is payable to SaffronStays to confirm the new date.
