Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours not beyond 10:00 pm. Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip. Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at anytime.
Yes, we do allow events/shoots at the villa, subject to Home Owner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost (per person, per day). Please note that a maximum of 18 people can be accommodated in the villa for an overnight stay. Access to the pool will be subject to home owner's approval. Depending on the event and its requirements, a refundable deposit and additional charges may be applied. Please note that loud music (if needed for your function) will only be permitted during certain hours. Any other permissions required for photo shoot/functions will need to be taken by the guests themselves. • If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund • 50% refund if cancelled between 21 to 11 days before checkin date • Any cancellations made less than 11 days before checkin date will not be refunded • A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund • Refund in travel credits has no processing fee • Refunds for cancellations will only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking • If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden and the guest is not entitled to any refund, while rescheduling is possible • Cancellation for peak dates including Holi, Independence Day, Diwali and Christmas and New Year will not be accepted • In case of extreme last minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if SaffronStays gets another booking for the same dates, otherwise no refund will be given and it will be treated as a no show • If the guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever
