No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home.
A sumptuous breakfast is included in the tariff. Freshly brewed tea and coffee will be served at breakfast and afternoon tea. You will have access to a tea and coffee station, or it can be prepared for you at an additional charge. Outside food is allowed. Cleaning charges of INR 1000 per day is applicable. Guests can opt to have a private chef for a personalized culinary experience at an additional charge of INR 3500 + GST per meal with an additional charge for groceries at actuals.
Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours (10am - 10pm). Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip. Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at anytime.
There is a caretaker onsite.
