We do not have separate accommodation for drivers or house-help. However, we can assist in suggesting nearby stay options if needed.

Free parking is available onsite (in a covered parking area). There is also a public car park nearby.

Are meals provided onsite? What are the charges?

The villa does not offer meals, however the kitchen access is open to guests to use for cooking and other purposes. Guests are also allowed to order in food or bring from outside.

If it is a self-catering villa, would you be able to arrange for a cook? What kind of cooking facilities are available?

The kitchen is accessible in self-catered homes, and the cleaning/use of kitchen charges are to be paid to the caretaker on site, in cash. We also have a microwave placed in the villa at your disposal. Alternatively, we have a tie up with local food caterer. If informed in advance (at the time of booking or two days before check-in), food can be arranged for an additional cost.

Is smoking / alcohol consumption permitted?

Smoking and alcohol consumption are permitted in designated areas. However, we request guests to be mindful and follow safety guidelines. Smoking indoors is not allowed to maintain the freshness of the space.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Our standard check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please let us know your request in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

What formalities are needed during check-in and check-out?

During check-in, all guests are required to present a valid government-approved photo ID that clearly show their residential address for verification. The booking details will be confirmed, and any pending payments, if applicable, will need to be settled. At check-out, we request guests to ensure that all personal belongings are collected and to inform the staff of any damages or issues during their stay. A quick inspection of the villa may be conducted before departure. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Are we allowed to access all areas?

Guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen, which is reserved for our staff. If you need anything, our team will be happy to assist you. Additionally, guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We kindly request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbors.

Are stag groups allowed to book this home?

Yes. We allow stag groups to book this home but we request the guests to maintain the decorum and keep house rules in mind.

Do guests have to pay extra for pets?

Yes. Guests have to pay Rs 800 per pet per day, excluding meals.

Are pets allowed inside the room?

Yes, pets are allowed inside the room. However, we request guests to ensure their pets do not damage furniture or bedding. Any damages may incur additional charges.

Is there Internet/4G/ WiFi connection available onsite?

Yes, the villa has a WiFi connection. There is low network connectivity.

Does the villa experience frequent power outages? If so, is there an inverter or generator to provide backup power?

Power outages are rare at the villa. However, to ensure uninterrupted comfort, the villa is equipped with inverter. Essential appliances like lights and fans will continue to function during an outage. Please be informed that geysers, ACs and heater will not work on inverter.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

For security purposes, the premises are monitored using CCTV cameras in select outdoor areas.

From the airport, follow this route: Airport → Clock Tower → Garhi Cantt → Supply Road → Gajiyawala → Villa. By Train: The nearest railway station is Dehradun railway station, located 11 km (approximately 45 minutes) away. From the station, follow this route: Railway Station → Clock Tower → Garhi Cantt → Supply Road → Gajiyawala → Villa.

Is this home child-friendly?

Yes, our home is child-friendly! There is plenty of space for kids to run around, along with a variety of indoor activities to keep them engaged.

Is this home senior citizen friendly?

Yes, our home is senior citizen-friendly. We have three bedrooms on the ground floor, accessible with a small set of steps that can be climbed comfortably. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, making it convenient for seniors, especially at night. Additionally, all bathrooms feature anti-skid flooring for added safety. For medical emergencies, the caretaker has access to doctor-on-call and ambulance services. The home is also ambulance accessible for any urgent situations.
