No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home.

Meals can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1500 (veg) and Rs 1700 (non-veg) per person, per day. It includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meal charges for children are Rs 750 (veg) and Rs 850 (non-veg) per child, per day. Meal charges are inclusive of GST. Inform the concierge team whether you want to opt-in for the meals and your meal preferences 48 hours prior to check-in which is to be paid online. Fish and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals which is payable in cash to the caretaker onsite. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. We have speakers with a USB port onsite, so you could attach your phone, pendrive to the music system.

While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.

There is a caretaker onsite.
