Yes, parking is available onsite for 4 cars. Guests can park their vehicles securely within the premises.

Is smoking / alcohol consumption permitted?

Smoking and alcohol consumption are permitted in designated areas. However, we request guests to be mindful and follow safety guidelines. Smoking indoors is not allowed to maintain the freshness of the space.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Our standard check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please let us know your request in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

What formalities are needed during check-in and check-out?

During check-in, all guests are required to present a valid government-approved photo ID that clearly show their residential address for verification. The booking details will be confirmed, and any pending payments, if applicable, will need to be settled. At check-out, we request guests to ensure that all personal belongings are collected and to inform the staff of any damages or issues during their stay. A quick inspection of the villa may be conducted before departure. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Are we allowed to access all areas?

Guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen, which is reserved for our staff. If you need anything, our team will be happy to assist you. Additionally, guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We kindly request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbors.

Does the villa face frequent power outages? Are there any invertors or gensets to address this issue?

Power outages are rare at the villa. However, to ensure uninterrupted comfort, the villa is equipped with inverter. Essential appliances like lights and fans will continue to function during an outage. Please be informed that geysers, ACs and heaters will not work on inverter.

Is there Internet/ 4G/ WiFi connection available onsite?

Yes, the villa have WiFi connection. There is adequate network connectivity, if not 5G then 4G.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

For security purposes, the premises are monitored using CCTV cameras in select outdoor areas.

Is there a security guard / watchman?

Is this home child-friendly?

Yes, our home is child friendly. There is plenty of space to run around and many indoor activities that will keep your children occupied. The home has instead been stocked with board games such as Life, Monopoly, Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis and Darts. There is also a basic first-aid kit, stocked with Dettol, band-aids, etc., for minor injuries. Parents are advised to be cautious when allowing kids to run around.

Is this home senior citizen friendly?

Yes, our home is senior citizen-friendly. We have two bedroom on the ground floor, accessible with a small set of steps that can be climbed comfortably. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, making it convenient for seniors, especially at night. Additionally, all bathrooms feature anti-skid flooring for added safety. For medical emergencies, the caretaker has access to doctor-on-call and ambulance services. The home is also ambulance accessible for any urgent situations.

Is the place pet-friendly?

Yes, our villa is pet-friendly! Guests are welcome to bring their pets for an additional charge of ₹1000 + taxes per pet per day. We request pet owners to bring their own pet food and ensure their pets are well-behaved. A refundable deposit may also be applied.
