Is Driver and/or House-Help accommodation available?

There is no separate accommodation, however a provision can be made in the living room. Rs. 2000 including GST for basic meals and accommodation will be the charges per driver per night.

Is parking available onsite or nearby?

Free parking is available onsite (in a covered parking area). There is a parking space for 4 cars.

Is the villa suitable for a day picnic?

Yes, the home has a garden/lawn area within the premises that could be used for outdoor picnic activities.

Is outside food allowed? Are we allowed to cook ourselves?

Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen. Outside food is not allowed on our premises.

Is Alcohol allowed? Are there any corkage charges?

Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. There is ample ice stocked in the fridge. Snacks and other beverages can be arranged if advance notice is given to the caretaker. This amount will need to be paid to the onsite caretaker in cash, at the end of your stay.

Is there an aquaguard for drinking water supply? Do we need to carry our own Mineral Water bottles or are these readily available at your villa?

Yes, there is a steady water supply. There is also an Aquaguard installed for pure water supply.

What are the meal charges for children?

Children up to the age of 6 shall not be charged for meals. Children in the age group 6-11 shall be charged Rs 1200 per day veg/non-veg.

Can I pay the caretaker some extra money and request the Cook to prepare fish or mutton dishes for us?

Yes. In case you would like the caretaker to cook a special dish, you can pay him for the actuals and cooking, cleaning fee on-site. Please note that this will be subject to the availability of ingredients. Seafood and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals which are payable in cash to the caretaker on site. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same.

Are meals provided onsite? What are the charges?

We provide healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients. We recommend trying out our local chef's veg speciality like Baingan Bharta, Pav Bhaji, Misal Pav and Veg Pulao. In non-veg try the Chicken Sukha. Seafood and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional cost which is payable at actuals onsite. Guests are requested to inform the same in advance so that our caretakers can procure the ingredients. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Do you allow loud music?

Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. We have speakers with a USB port onsite, so you could attach your phone, pendrive to the music system. Guests are requested to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.

How do we reach your villa by public transport?

If you travel by train get down at Karjat station and take a Rickshaw to Bhorgaon phata, once you reach Bhorgaon phata take the 2nd left; follow google maps from there. Bungalow is 5 mins drive from here.

Who manages the villa?

There is a caretaker present onsite.

Are stag groups allowed to book this home?

No. We do not allow stag groups to book this home.

What is the cancellation policy?

A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.

Can I pay 50% now and pay the remaining 50% closer to the date?

Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.

How can I make a payment?

Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case you're unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.

How and when do I pay for the Security Deposit and how and when is it returned to me?

Security deposit is to be paid online two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.

Are there any resident pets on the property?

No, there are no pets within the property.

Do guests have to pay extra for pets?

Yes, this is a pet-friendly villa. Pets will be charged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per pet. SaffronStays will offer a hamper which will include treats, a rope toy, a bow & a small shampoo bottle along with two bowls and a reusable mat.

Yes. Pets are allowed in the bedroom, but not inside the bathroom. Guests must be responsible for their pets and any damage caused to the property shall be deducted from the Security Deposit.

Is the Home air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Do you provide toiletries and bath towels?

Yes, we provide toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. To avoid hygiene issues, we do not provide towels.

How many extra mattresses can be provided?

4 extra mattresses can be provided onsite. Our home has adequate bed sheets, blankets, and pillows for extra bedding.

Is there Internet/ 3G/ WiFi connection available onsite?

Yes, we have a wired internet connection here. There is adequate network connectivity, if not 3G then 2G.

Does the villa face frequent power outages? Are there any invertors or gensets to address this issue?

Currently, the area where the home is located has been facing load shedding. The home has a genset. Diesel for its operation will be approx. Rs 350/hour. Kindly ask the Reservations Teams while booking your stay.

Is there a security guard / watchman?

Yes. The home is located within a gated complex.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

No, there are no CCTV cameras installed within the property.

Is there First-aid kit available at your Home?

Yes, we do have a first-aid kid onsite, stocked with Dettol, band-aids and over-the-counter medicines like Metacin, Crocin etc.

Is the villa and its surroundings well lit up?

The villa is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas i.e lawns, grounds.

Yes, we do allow shoots at the villa, subject to Home Owner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost (per person, per day). Please note that a maximum of 12 people can be accommodated in the villa for an overnight stay. Access to the pool will be subject to home owner's approval. Depending on the event and its requirements, a refundable deposit and additional charges may be applied. Please note that loud music (if needed for your function) will only be permitted during certain hours. Any other permissions required for photo shoot/functions will need to be taken by the guests themselves.
