No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home.
Meals are provided onsite and can be availed at additional charges. We levy an on-site cash handling charge (INR 500) and request you to pay for all meals before check-in to avoid this inconvenience. Furthermore, all digitally checked-in guests can avail of additional Reward Points and SaffronStays Club Infinitum benefits for pre-paid meals. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and afternoon tea time. If you would like tea/coffee during the day, this will be arranged at an additional charge.
Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours (9am - 10pm). Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip. Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at anytime.
If the Guest cancels the booking anywhere before 21 days before the check-in date, they are entitled to a 100% refund. If the Guest cancels the booking anywhere between 21-11 days before the check-in date, they are entitled to a 50% refund. For any cancellations made after 11 days to the check-in date, there would be no refund. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever. All cancellation policies are overridden if a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same. Cancellations for peak dates such as Independence Day (15th Aug), Diwali (29th Oct to 10th Nov), Christmas and New Year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan), and Republic Day (26th Jan) will not be accepted. A nominal 2.75% convenience fee would be deducted from the refund amount for processing of the cancellation
