You can either book one room or the entire home, depending upon the number of people travelling with you. If you would like to book the entire villa, please select the maximum number of rooms possible.

Meals are provided onsite. Meals will be charged at an additional cost. You will need to inform the caretaker in advance about your meal preferences. Meal timings are as follows: Breakfast - 8 am to 9 am Lunch - 2 pm to 3 pm Dinner - 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm If you would like tea/coffee during the day, this will be arranged at an additional charge. Please note that meals are not permitted in the room and that the kitchen shuts at 10 pm every night. If there is another guest at the property, please adjust your meal timings with the caretaker and respect the privacy of other guests.

Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. Guests are requested to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.

While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip. Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at anytime.
