Yes, our Home is child friendly. But one of the rooms on the first floor has a ledge-less French window which directly overlooks the swimming pool. So parents are urged to be careful with letting their children near that window.
Yes, our home is senior citizen/elderly friendly. The home has one bedroom on the ground floor which is easily accessible by seniors. The room has a private bathroom, again easy to access at night without any supervision and there are 2 steps leading into the villa.

Yes, the home can be reserved only for photo shoots, not for film or advertisement shoots. Only the camera men and models or actors will be allowed. No crew members will be allowed. Access to the pool will be subject to home owner's approval. Depending on the event and its requirements, a refundable deposit and additional charges may be applied. Any other permissions required for photo shoot will need to be taken by the guests themselves. Accommodation for up to 2 drivers is available. Charges for the same are Rs 500 per person, per night. This does not include meals. Additional charges for meals to be paid to the caretaker onsite, in cash.
Free parking for 4 to 5 cars is available onsite.
Food and Beverages
Meals will be available at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per person, per day. It includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meal charges for children are Rs 800 per child, per day. Inform the concierge team whether you want to opt-in for the meals and your meal preferences 48 hours prior to check-in. Meal charges have to be paid online at the time of booking, 5% GST is applicable on the same. Fish and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals which is payable in cash to the caretaker onsite. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same.
We offer simple home cooked Maharashtrian meals. There is a standard menu available. You can inform the caretaker in advance about your meal preferences (veg/non-veg), specific dietary requirements, etc.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen. However, mothers of infants or small children will have limited access to boil milk or prepare their kids meals. Should you choose to order in, the caretaker will be able to help you with menus of nearby restaurants.
Yes. In case you would like the caretaker to cook a special dish, you can pay him for the actuals and cooking, cleaning fee on site, in cash. Please note that this will be subject to availability of ingredients. Fish and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals which is payable in cash to the caretaker onsite. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same.
Yes, there is a steady water supply. If you wish to consume only sealed bottled water, please inform the caretaker of the same and pay him for the actuals on site, in cash.

Yes, you can use the common fridge to store food/beverages.
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case you're unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.
All additional payments (such as extra meals) will have to be paid to the caretaker onsite in cash at the end of your stay. In special circumstances, we do accept these payments through PayTM.
Security deposit of INR 15000 is to be paid two day prior the check-in via Paytm. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be refunded 5 business days after check-out.

Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.
Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied.
As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.
No. Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden, private pool etc. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbors.

Yes, there is a private pool within the complex.As there is no lifeguard on hand, guests are advised to be cautious (especially around kids) and to refrain from swimming late at night. Our pool is available for poolside parties. However, we recommend keeping alcohol, food and glass bottles away from the pool to avoid accidents.

How to get there
While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
The best way to reach our home is by a private car/ taxi. If you would like to travel by public transport, the best route would be to take an auto from Alibaug bus stand to Kihim.
