No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home.
Breakfast is included in the tariff. Meals are available at an additional cost of INR 450 (veg) per meal, per person and INR 550 (non-veg) per meal, per person. Guests are requested to inform about the meal preferences in advance so ingredients can be procured in advance. Fish and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals which are payable in cash to the caretaker onsite. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same.
Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. Guests are requested to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
There is a caretaker onsite from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
