Breakfast is inclusive in the tariff. This is a self-catered home so meals will not be provided.
The local cook can prepare basic Maharastrian meals. Should you have a specifc cuisine in mind, do inform us at the time of booking. Please note that this will be subject to availability of ingredients and will be charged as per actuals. Payment to be made onsite in cash.
Yes as this is a self-catered apartment. Should you choose to order in, the caretaker will be able to help you with menus of nearby restaurants.
Children up to the age of 3 shall not be charged for meals. Children in the age group 3-6 shall be charged Rs 500 per day.

Yes, there is a well-equipped kitchen in the apartment. If informed at the time of booking, a local cook can be arranged.
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case you're unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.
All additional payments (such as extra meals, pet charges, etc.) will have to be paid to the caretaker onsite in cash at the end of your stay. In special circumstances, we do accept these payments through PayTM.
Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out.
Things to do
There are three beaches - Caranzalem, Miramar or Vainguini - a 15 minute drive from the home. If you'd like to visit some of the tourist spots nearby, guests can visit the pristine beaches of North Goa like Calangute, Anjuna (18- 25 kms), the famous Dona Paula fort (3 kms), Miramar beach (4 kms), the Old Goa Churches (15 kms) , the Mangeshi and Mahalasa temples (20kms) or try your luck at the famous Panjim off shore Casinos.
There is a luxury infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Sea in the society. The pool is accessible between 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM only. As there are no lifeguards on duty, parents are advised to keep kids under close supervision.
Vainguinim, Caranzalem & Miramar are all a 15-20 minute drive from the home. While the beaches are safe, guests are advised to enjoy the waves from a distance post sunset.

No, loud music is not permitted. Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise levels within the apartment.
Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.
Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied.
As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.
Guests are allowed to access the common areas and the community pool only between 8 am and 5 pm. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbors.

While the Mumbai-Goa Highway and the roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
The nearest station is Madgaon, about 41 kms from Dona Paula. From Madgaon, one can catch a government taxi or rent a car. The nearest airport is in Dabolim.

Cliff Haven is located at Dona Paula, roughly 5kms from Panjim. Approximately 2 kms ahead of Goa university at Dona Paula, take a left to Odxell. 500 metres down this road, you should reach your destination. Guests are requested to call the caretaker an hour prior to check-in so that the property keys can be handed over.
Yes, our home is child friendly. The home has been stocked with cards and board games and kids can run around in the society. A basic First-aid kit (stocked with Dettol, Band-Aid etc) has also been placed at the apartment.
Yes, our home is senior citizen friendly. While our home is located on the first floor, it is easily accessible by a flight of stairs with railing support. Senior citizens can also avail of the building lift. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with an attached washroom, easy to access at night without any supervision.
