Yes, we allow our home to be used for special functions. Please note that this will be subject to Home Owner's approval.

Can I reserve your Home for a few weeks for a Film or a Photo or an Advertisement shoot?

No, we do not allow the home to be reserved for professional shoots.

Are meals provided onsite?

The tariff includes basic breakfast ingredients ONLY. This is a self-catered home so meals will not be provided. A chef can be arranged at an additional cost. The charges for the ingredients will have to be paid extra. Prior notice regarding the hiring of the Chef needs to be given to the Concierge team.

What is the type of cuisine served?

The local cook can prepare basic Maharastrian meals. Should you have a specifc cuisine in mind, do inform us at the time of booking. Please note that this will be subject to availability of ingredients and will be charged as per actuals. Payment to be made onsite in cash.

Is outside food allowed? Are we allowed to cook ourselves?

Yes as this is a self-catered apartment. Should you choose to order in, the caretaker will be able to help you with menus of nearby restaurants.

Do you allow us to stock things in your fridge?

Yes, you can use the fridge to store food/beverages.

Can I pay the caretaker some extra money and request the Cook to prepare fish or mutton dishes for us?

Yes. In case you would like the local cook to prepare a special dish, you can pay him in cash as per actuals on site. Please note that this will be subject to availability of ingredients and will need to be informed at the time of booking.

Is there an adequate drinking water supply? Do we need to carry our own Mineral Water bottles or are these readily available at your villa?

Yes, there is a steady water supply.

Is Alcohol allowed? Are there any corkage charges?

Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. Glassware and ice cubes can be provided.

If it is a self-catering villa, would you be able to arrange for a cook? What kind of cooking facilities are available?

Yes, there is a well-equipped kitchen in the apartment. If informed at the time of booking, a local cook can be arranged.

What are the meal charges for children?

Children up to the age of 3 shall not be charged for meals. Children in the age group 3-6 shall be charged Rs 500 per day.

Do you allow loud music?

No, loud music is not permitted. Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise levels within the apartment.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied.

Are we allowed to access all areas?

Guests are allowed to access the common areas and the community pool only between 8 am and 5 pm. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbors.

Weâ€™re planning to drive down. Are the roads good? Any specific things we need to know?

While the Mumbai-Goa Highway and the roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.

How do we reach your villa by public transport?

The nearest station is Karmali, about 22 kms from Dona Paula. From Karmali, one can catch a government taxi or rent a car. The nearest airport is in Dabolim. One can also take a train till Madgaon (45 kms from the home) and then hire a cab.

Who manages the villa?

This is a self-catered apartment.

Are stag groups allowed to book this home?

No. We do not allow stag groups to book this home.

How many extra mattresses can be provided?

Three extra mattresses with bedding can be arranged.

What type of beds, mattresses do you have?

Our bedrooms have lovely queen sized poster beds and the bed linen is changed every third day.

Is the Home air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Is there Internet/ 3G/ WiFi connection available onsite?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for guests to use.

Does the villa face frequent power outages? Are there any invertors or gensets to address this issue?

No, we do not face any power issues.

Do you have a problem with mosquitoes? How do you deal with it to make our stay more comfortable?

All of the rooms have been furnished with All-out machines. Guests are advised to shut the windows by 5.30 / 7.30 pm to avoid mosquitoes. If needed, the caretaker has Odomos on site.

Is there a security guard / watchman?

Yes. The home is located within a secure, gated complex.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

No, there are no CCTV cameras installed.

Can stray dogs enter the premises?

No, the home is within a gated community.

Is the property properly fenced? Is there a boundary wall?

Yes, our home has a boundary wall.

Cabo De Goa is located at Dona Paula, roughly 5kms from Panjim. Approximately 2 kms ahead of Goa university at Dona Paula, take a left to Odxell. 500 metres down this road, you should reach your destination. Guests are requested to call the caretaker an hour prior to check-in so that the property keys can be handed over.

Is this home child-friendly?

Yes, our home is child friendly. The home has been stocked with cards and board games and kids can run around in the society. A basic First-aid kit (stocked with Dettol, Band-Aid etc) has also been placed at the apartment.

Is this home senior citizen friendly?

Yes, our home is senior citizen friendly. While our home is located on the first floor, it is easily accessible by a flight of stairs with railing support. Senior citizens can also avail of the building lift. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with an attached washroom, easy to access at night without any supervision.

Is the villa wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is a lift that can be used up to the apartment. Within the duplex, there are no wheelchair facilities.

Is the place pet-friendly?

No, this is not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

What can we do for fun around the property?

Miramar beach is a 15 minute drive from the home. Panjim city is 15 minutes away. If you'd like to visit some of the tourist spots nearby, guests can visit the pristine beaches of North Goa like Calangute, Anjuna (18- 25 kms), the famous Dona Paula fort (3 kms), Miramar beach (4 kms), the Old Goa Churches (15 kms) , the Mangeshi and Mahalasa temples (20kms) or try your luck at the famous Panjim off shore Casinos.

Is there a beach close by and is it clean and safe?

Vainguinim, Caranzalem & Miramar are all a 15-20 minute drive from the home. While the beaches are safe, guests are advised to enjoy the waves from a distance post sunset.
