From Goregaon take road towards Nandvi up the hill. After 4kms you will see a board for MDR 59 take a right and 3kms from this point on your right side you will see the property.
Yes, our Home is child friendly. There is enough scope to stay outdoors as well as many indoor activities that will keep your children occupied. The home has been stocked with books and board games such as Monopoly, Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis and Darts. There is also a basic first-aid kit, stocked with Dettol, band-aids, etc., for minor injuries.

No, there is no WiFi available. You are free to carry your own (Jio works best). There is adequate network connectivity for Jio and Vodafone, if not 3G then 2G.
Our bedrooms have lovely queen-sized/king-sized beds. All our mattresses have mattress protectors.
While the electricity here runs on solar-powered cells, we request you to be mindful of its usage. The power supply from MSEB is very uncertain and close to non-existent for indefinite periods of time due to the location of the home. During the monsoons there are bound to be power cuts in the night as radiation is low due to cloud cover and the batteries do not get sufficient charge.
Mosquito nets have been placed over the windows. Guests are advised to shut the windows by 5.30 / 7.30 pm to avoid mosquitoes/bugs from entering, especially during monsoons.
Accommodation
Driver accommodation is available. Only one person can be accommodated. Charges for the same are Rs. 1,000 per person, per night including meals. This amount is supposed to be paid in cash to the Home Owner, on site.
Free parking is available onsite. Up to two cars can be parked.

No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home. Please note, this is a homestay. The Home Owners, who will also be hosting you, stay in the room at the ground level.

We provide farm-to-table, healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients or veggies hand picked straight from the Home Owner's organic garden subject to availability. There is no pre-decided menu since the market is not easily accessible given the location of the home. However, with the Home Owner's passion for cooking, you can be rest assured that you will be pleasantly surprised. Tea/Coffee are available any time of the day. Fish and mutton dishes (subject to availability. Fish and seafood is not recommended during the monsoon season) can be served at an additional cost, which is payable at actuals. Charges for veg and non-veg meals are Rs. 2,000/- per day per person (adults and kids. Breakfast/Lunch/Tea/Dinner).This amount is supposed to be paid in cash only, on site, to the Home Owners.
Food is one of the USPs of this home. The homeowners, who stay within the premises will ensure you feel at home. The lady of the house prepares scrumptious food including Goan, South Indian and Southeast Asian cuisines, Tajines, and Mediterranean dishes among many other delicacies, all of which depend upon the availability of ingredients. It is only exciting to say that food is an element of surprise at this lovely homestay. Regardless, your hunger pangs will be fully satisfied.

Payments
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM)
If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
Please note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
A security deposit of Rs. 5,000 per room is to be paid online two days prior to the check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned after check-out within 5 business days by NEFT.
No. Members cannot redeem their nights, utilise their privileges, or avail any offers while booking this home.

• Sit on the balcony, sipping chai and enjoying the euphonious melodies of nature, lush green views and open skies.
• Owing to its setting in the middle of a forest, you may spot wildlife. They are harmless unless disturbed and guests are requested to respect their privacy. Please do not tease them, frighten them or feed them.
• You are here for a break from the city hustle. Make sure you spend lots of quality time with your family and keep screens at bay.
• Indulge in some interesting conversations with the Home Owners.
• If you are in the mood to step out, head to the Bhimadevi Temple, which is 100m from the home.
House Rules
Given the location of our home, we do not encourage loud music or late night revelry since we do not want to disturb the wildlife. Guests are requested to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area.
Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.
Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied.
As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.
No. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen and the Home Owners' bedroom on the ground level. Please do not wander into the bushes or amid the mango plantations or the organic kitchen garden without informing the Home Owner.
Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours.
Safety
The home is located within a gated complex.
Yes, there are CCTV cameras installed in the living room, common areas and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.
Yes, our home is well fenced. However, owing to its setting in the middle of a forest, one can spot foxes, langurs, wild boars, deers and other creepy crawlies. They're harmless unless disturbed and guests are requested to respect their privacy.
Yes, we do have a first-aid kid onsite, stocked with Dettol, band-aids and over-the-counter medicines like Metacin, Crocin etc.
The villa is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas i.e lawns, grounds.
No, the home is within a fenced area. However, should a stray dog enter, inform the caretaker and he will address the issue.
How to get there
The roads to the home are in good condition. Only the last 2 kms are rough.
The best way to reach our home is by a private car/ taxi. If you would like to travel by public transport, the best route would be:
Bus: Mumbai to Mangaon and change the bus from Mangaon for Goregaon. Once there, take a rickshaw. It takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the home.
Train: The closest station is Mangaon.
Air: The closest airport is Pune.
