Yes, Filtered water. Under our no-single use plastic policy, we do not encourage mineral water (can provide if needed at a supplement).

Is Alcohol allowed? Are there any corkage charges?

Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. Guests can order from the lodge (no alcohol shop nearby) If carrying own liquor, corkage charges apply @ Rs 200 for beer, Rs 500 for wine and Rs 750 other liquor per bottle.

What are the meal charges for children?

Kids upto 05 years are complimentary, 05-12 years @ 25% and 12+ years @ 40%

Who manages the villa?

There is a lodge manager onsite.

Can I reserve your Home for a Film/ Photo/ Advertisement shoot?

Yes, we do allow events/shoots at the villa, subject to Home Owner's approval and only if the guest is staying with us. Guests may incur additional charges depending on requirements. Can I redeem any offers while booking this home?

No. Members cannot redeem their nights, utilise their privileges, or avail any offers while booking this home.

What is the cancellation policy?

A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.

Can I pay 50% now and pay the remaining 50% closer to the date?

Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.

What type of beds do you have?

Each treehouse has a king-size or twin bed plus a window bed.

Do you provide toiletries and bath towels?

Yes, we provide towels and organic toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.

Is the Home air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our treehouses are air-conditioned.

Does the villa face frequent power outages? Are there any invertors or gensets to address this issue?

Yes, we have a backup genset in case of rare occasions of power failure. Guests are requested to switch off the ACs during power outages as it consumes more power.

How many extra mattresses can be provided?

Both cottages & treehouses have a window bed which can easily accommodate one child/adult.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

Yes, there are CCTV cameras installed at the security gate, reception & dining area.

Is the lodge and its surroundings well lit up?

The lodge is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas.

Is there First-aid kit available at your Home?

Yes, we do have a first-aid kid onsite.

Is this home child-friendly?

Yes, our home is child friendly. We'd suggest using a cottage instead of a treehouse for families with small kids

Pench Tiger Reserve is located on the Nagpur-Jabalpur Highway. You can go by road from Jabalpur or Nagpur and reach Pench in 3-4 hours. If you are using Google Map for directions from Nagpur, please ensure that you do not enter the 'resorts name' but enter 'Suktara' first and once you reach 'Suktara' then change the destination to 'SaffronStays Name'. If you enter the same direction in google maps, you are directed through the roads which are closed as they are inside the national park. From Nagpur airport, the approximate distance to our resort is 150 km, the same is slightly lesser from the railway station. Nearest bus stand to Pench is Khawasa or Seoni and hourly buses are available from Nagpur. Khawasa is 12 km from Pench and you can avail the pick and drop service organized by the resorts. Khawasa gives access to Turia gate side of Pench. For Karmhjiri side, it is best to get down at Suktara and our lodge is 20 km from there.

What can we do for fun around the property?

Guests can indulge in a Nature walk, birding, cycling, etc. Guests can also opt for a guided jeep safari to National park/tiger reserve (to be booked in advance).

Yes, there is a shared swimming pool. The pool will not be operational post-sunset.
