No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home. Alternatively, smaller groups can book SaffronStays Kaia Waters by Kosha Villas, SaffronStays Yahvi Waters by Kosha Villas and SaffronStays Ahilya Waters by Kosha Villas separately.
From our specially curated Signature menu, we provide healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients. Non-veg is prepared in a separate kitchen. Veg and non-veg barbecue will be offered only with prior intimation (at additional rates). Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge. Breakfast and Dinner are compulsory in the meal package. Meal preferences to be conveyed and meal charges to be paid 48 hours before check-in.
Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
While the journey is pleasant, the last 1.5km of the road connecting to the property is quite bumpy. Guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip and to travel in SUVs with backup tires, Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at any time.
