Food and Beverages
We offer simple, local home cooked meals. The cuisine is basic Maharashtrian fare. There is a set menu available which include roti/ bhaakri, subzi, dal and rice. You can inform the caretaker in advance about your meal preferences (veg/non-veg).
The meals can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per head, per day (for persons 13 years and above). It includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Children (ages 6-11) are chargeable at Rs 500 per head, per day. The meal charges are payable in cash to the caretaker at site. Fish and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same.
Yes. In case you would like to have mutton preparations, request the caretaker in advance. You can pay him for the actuals and cooking, cleaning fee on site, in cash. Please note that this will be subject to availability of ingredients.
Children in the age group 6-11 shall be charged Rs 500 per day.

Yes, you can use the common fridge to store food/beverages. In case there are other guests on site, please adjust and use the common fridge accordingly.
Yes, there is a steady water supply. If you wish to consume only sealed bottled water, please inform the caretaker of the same and pay him for the actuals on site, in cash.
The kitchen is accessible and the cleaning/use of kitchen charges which is Rs 500 per day, is to be paid to the caretaker on site, in cash. We also have a microwave placed in the villa at your disposal.

Yes, our Home is child friendly. There is plenty of space to run around and many indoor activities that will keep your children occupied. The home has instead been stocked with books and board games such, Carrom, and Darts.
No, our home is not senior citizen/elderly friendly. There are 10 - 12 steps to main entrance of the villa and bedrooms are upstairs, which can only be accessed by stairs which have 10 - 15 steps.

All of the rooms have been furnished with All-out machines and mosquito nets have been placed over the windows. Guests are advised to shut the windows by 5.30 / 7.30 pm to avoid mosquitoes.
Our home is surrounded by greenery and it is cool throughout the day. Our home is not air conditioned but all rooms have been furnished with fans and mosquito nets over the windows.
Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case you're unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.
All additional payments will have to be paid to the caretaker onsite in cash at the end of your stay. In special circumstances, we do accept these payments through PayTM.
Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out.
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. Guests are requested to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.
Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking.
As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.
No. Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbors.
