Free parking is available onsite for up to 4 cars.

Is the villa suitable for a day picnic?

Yes, the home has a backyard that could be used for outdoor picnic activities. Meals will be provided on site at an additional charge (per person, per meal).

Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. However, there is no shop nearby. The nearest shop is a 15-20 minute drive.

Is outside food allowed?

No. Outside meals are not allowed in the home.

What is the type of cuisine served?

We offer simple home-cooked Indian veg and non veg cuisine.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied. Late check-out charges includes meals (lunch).

What formalities are needed during check-in and check-out?

As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.

Are stag groups allowed to book this home?

No. We do not allow stag groups to book this home.

Can I pay 50% now and pay the remaining 50% closer to the date?

Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.

How and when do I pay for the Security Deposit and how and when is it returned to me?

Security deposit has to be paid ONLINE two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned within 5-7 days from the check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.

Are there any resident pets on the property?

Yes, there are farm animals - ducks, geese, cows and a great dane.

Do you provide toiletries and bath towels?

Yes, we provide towels and toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.

Does the villa face frequent power outages? Are there any invertors or gensets to address this issue?

Yes, we have a backup inverter in case of rare occasions of power failure. Please note: inverter backup is available only for fans and lights.

Is the Home air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Is there Internet/ 3G/ WiFi connection available onsite?

Yes, the villa has 10MBPS WiFi. There is limited to no cell phone reception except for Jio.

How many extra mattresses can be provided?

Extra mattresses can be provided onsite. Our home has adequate bed sheets, blankets, and pillows for extra bedding.

What type of beds, mattresses do you have?

Our bedrooms have lovely king-sized beds.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

Yes, there are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas and lawns.

Is the property properly fenced? Is there a boundary wall?

Yes, our home is properly fenced.

Is there First-aid kit available at your Home?

Yes, we do have a first-aid kit onsite.

Is the villa and its surroundings well lit up?

The villa is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas i.e lawns, grounds.

Take the old Mumbai Pune highway. Take the left towards Karjat. Continue straight from Karjat, you will come to the bridge. Follow that. The next village will be Kadav. Cross Kadav and keep coming straight about 3-4 km. You will see a right turn and a sign for Sanvina Farm. Take the right turn and come towards Kothimbe. Cross Kothimbe and 250 mts after Kothimbe will be a Y junction. Take the right road on Y. There is a sign put up for Sanvina Farm at this junction too. Keep coming straight, you will reach Dhamini village. (Look for Sanvina Farm sign). From Dhamini take a left and you will reach Mechkarwadi. At Mechkarwadi village take a left in the village and as soon as u cross the village you will see our farm.

What can we do for fun around the property?

Stroll through the mango orchards, chikoo trees, haldi farms and vegetable plantations. Earn the sweet fruits of your labour as you plant saplings through the fields. Enjoy stargazing under the clear night skies. Meditate on the expansive lawns with unmacthed serenity. Enjoy ATV rides and seasonal river rafting (both activities can be availed at additional charges), cycling, trekking, or hot snacks by the river. Don't forget to bring your binoculars to spot a variety of birds in the sky. Nearby attractions- Kothaligad (8.4km)

Is there a pool and what's the depth/ length of the pool?

Yes. There is a swimming pool which can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. The depth is a few inches shy of 4 ft. The pool size is 15feet by 30 feet.

Are there water bodies nearby (such as a pond/ river/ lake etc)?

Yes, there is a river nearby which is at a walkable distance from the villa. There is also a dam. The river dries up by November end or December.
