Is Driver and/or House-Help accommodation available?

Yes, driver accommodation is available outside the home. Charges for the same are Rs. 1000/day including breakfast. Maid accommodation is also available. Charges for the same are Rs. 2500/day including bed and breakfast.

Is parking available onsite or nearby?

Free parking is available onsite (in a covered parking area).

Is the villa suitable for a day picnic?

Yes, the home has a garden/lawn area within the premises that could be used for outdoor picnic activities. Meals will be provided on site at an additional charge (per person, per meal). Please note that the maximum capacity for an overnight stay is 8 people. During the day, guests will be allowed to use the washrooms and other amenities at the villa. The home is also stocked with indoor games like UNO and playing cards, monopoly, chess, badminton, snakes and ladder, etc.

Is there an aquaguard for drinking water supply? Do we need to carry our own Mineral Water bottles or are these readily available at your villa?

Yes, we have a steady supply of filtered drinking water (Bottled & Aquaguard).

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Check-in time at 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied.

What formalities are needed during check-in and check-out?

As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.

Are we allowed to access all areas?

No. Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden, private pool (if any), etc. Guests are strictly prohibited from entering kitchen or crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours.

Do you allow loud music?

Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.

How do we reach your villa by public transport?

The best way to reach our home is by a private car/ taxi. If you would like to travel by public transport, the best route would be: Train: Srinagar Railway Station 8.5 KM Air: Srinagar International Airport 17 KM

Do you provide toiletries and bath towels?

Yes, we provide toiletries like soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels.

Is there Internet/ 4G/ WiFi connection available onsite?

Yes, the villa does have WiFi connection. There is adequate network connectivity, if not 4G then 3G.

Is there a security guard / watchman?

Yes. The home is located within a gated complex.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

Yes, there are CCTV cameras installed in the living room, common areas and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.

Is the property properly fenced? Is there a boundary wall?

Yes, our home has a 300 ft wall surrounding the premises.

Is the villa and its surroundings well lit up?

The villa is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas i.e lawns, grounds.

By Air: The nearest airport is Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport (Srinagar Airport), approximately 30 minutes (15 km) from the villa. Taxis and private car rentals are available at the airport for a seamless transfer. By Road: From Srinagar City Center: The villa is around 20 minutes away from Lal Chowk. From Jammu: Approximately 7-8 hours by road via NH44. Luxury buses, private taxis, and self-driven cars are available. From Gulmarg: A scenic 2-hour drive (50 km) through picturesque valleys. From Pahalgam: A 2.5-hour drive (90 km) via Anantnag. By Train: The nearest railway station is Jammu Tawi Railway Station (270 km away). From Jammu, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Srinagar, followed by a short drive to the villa.

Is this home child-friendly?

Yes, our home is child friendly. There is plenty of space to run around and many indoor activities that will keep your children occupied. The home has also been stocked with board games. Parents are advised to be cautious when allowing kids to run around.

Is this home senior citizen friendly?

Yes, our home is senior citizen/elderly friendly. The home has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and easy access to at least 1 bedroom (for those with mobility issues). In case of a medical emergency, the caretaker has the numbers for doctor-on-call or ambulance service-on-call. The home is ambulance accessible.

No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the family suite consisting of two rooms each.

We offer authentic, home-fresh meals and the ingredients come right from the kitchen garden. We have a standard menu and our Care Team rep will help you craft the perfect combination once you have booked your stay. Please do share your meal preferences and dietary requirements, if any.

Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.

While roads connecting to the property are moderately good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip. Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at anytime.
