The property is awesome and very well maintained. The staff Sanjay and Janhavi showed great hospitality. The food served was homely and tasty. Overall a very good experience
We highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a true farm stay experience and spend a quiet time amidst nature. Read on for a detailed review. Property: The place is perfectly set amidst nature and away from any hustle bustle of a village or a city. The property is decently maintained with basic cleanliness. It has a rustic and a village-like feel to it. Most of the open space is not yet developed and has an unkempt look, although there are well defined walking paths. It has a mid-size pool which is properly maintained. Villas: The property has two villas and a separate villa/cottage that houses the kitchen and the dining room. We were staying in the three bedroom villa. While the villa itself is beautiful and has a rustic feel to it, it was a bit too basic. The rooms did not have tables or stands for luggage. Only a bed or two. No wardrobes or storage was provided. It’s ok for a night or two, but you can’t live off a suitcase for longer stays. No side tables for the bed. The rooms are in serious need of more power sockets to charge your devices. Our room had only one power outlet which was six feet high. No way to charge your phones. The common room/living room, again, was in serious need of more tables. These are only slight inconveniences. The bathrooms are pretty basic, but can do with better maintenance and ventilation. The garden outside the villas are not usable at all. No lights, no seating arrangements no supplies. You don’t visit such places to spend the evenings inside the villas. There was only one area near the property entrance, which has some kind of seating arrangements, and we found ourselves spending our evenings there. Not very ideal, as it is just across the main gate. I strongly suggest developing the garden outside the villas for use. Staff: The property is maintained by a young couple. Very friendly and extremely cooperative. The woman is the cook and will dish out anything that you’d like to eat. Always smiling and welcoming. The food was great with good choices. However, these are basic home cooked ‘Indian’ meals only. Connectivity: The place has no cell-phone/mobile connectivity. But it does have high-speed internet (15-20 Mbps) that is available 24 hours around the Villas and the Dining room, which is a huge plus. Final word: This is a property that will feel like your own home. It is NOT a hotel or a resort. So do not expect that kind of service.
It was a peaceful stay staff is very good
Very good stay..
No public feedback.
Not much needed to give review about the property because it's as same live as you find them on website. Would take much time to give credit to some wonderful hosts with welcoming heart ans some deliciously prepared food that made every meal worth gaining all the praise. Thanks SaffronStays for hosting such amazing property and Waghmare (caretaker) and family for making our trip to remember for long time.
Me and my group of friends really enjoyed our stay at Mango Huts. Overall the property is very nice and comfortable. Caretaker and the staff are very good and ensured that our stay remains comfortable. They were very warm and also tried to meet most of our requirements regarding food. Living room is huge and spacious. Few areas of improvements: 1. Although all the beds were covered by a mosquito net , it would be helpful to also provide mosquito repellant. 2. One of the bathroom doors could not be locked. AC in one of the room was not working and water was leaking from the AC in other room which also resulted in electricity tripping. We had to shut the AC to avoid any short circuit. 3. Food was very good and homely. For dinner our preference would have been some light fast food. I had asked for the menu earlier as it would have avoided food going waste. This may change from group to group.
though location is little far with a bumpy ride by car It was a good experience to stay at Mango huts good home made food / quite and calm atmosphere with a privacy for entire group everybody enjoyed the stay Thanks
The farm-stay experience was a very good one for us. With no 3G / 4G cellular network, no TV, all that we had was nature to hang out with! We spent a good amount of time in the farm in the company of pouring rains and 4 ultra friendly dogs! The food was simple yet delicious and very warmly served. The service was very friendly and prompt. All in all, a very good different experience!
