Beautiful property and a great staff. Kunal and Ruchita made sure that all our needs were taken care of. Not too far from Bombay and even the roads are quite nice. The location might get a bit tricky so look out for 'Tatva Society'. Food can be better.

Food service can be a bit faster as we often sat at the dining table waiting for the warm food. Grocery stock needs to be managed in a better way as there was no milk available for making tea for breakfast on checkout day. AC is a must in living and dining area as its not possible to sit there during summers. Except these three things everything else was good, especially property cleanliness and promptness of caretaker Kunal to provide us with whatever was required. Would love to visit agan and definitely recommend this property to others as well.

The living room definitely needs AC - it was too hot to even be there.

Pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the place is. Well maintained house with a lush garden, well maintained pool & Jacuzzi. Rooms were clean & spacious. House caretakers were very helpful. Kunal, Ruchita & Pradeep took personal care of us. Would definitely visit again.

I came to belmonte for 2 nights to celebrate my parents anniversary .. it was a very pleasant stay .. staff was so warm , hardworking and fulfilled all our request .. never told us no for anything .. Very very happy with our stay and we will 100 percent recommend this property to everyone .. the staff was clean the food was amazing the chef was very very accommodating and made everything as per our request .. Food was also very very nice we had an amazing weekend and a memorable one and will deffinately return here in the future . We stayed at the Belmont Villa Karjat over the weekend to celebrate a birthday with friends. It was a wonderful place to unwind The only complaint was that from the time we checked in the aircon was not working in the master bedroom and it took more than 24 hrs to solve the problem and in this heat we had to accommodate without the aircon.The villa manager on the first night promised he would get it sorted the first thing next morning which was not done.We just met the manager during check in and was not available to address the problem which was highlighted to them just as we got into the room.I had to escalate it to the saffron stay representative to look into it to get it fixed.When on a holiday I don’t think I should be constantly after the staff to get it fixed.The property manager should check all these details before the check in if everything is in order. All the other Staff members took extremely good care of us and addressed our every small need and requests. Kunal & Ruchika with Chef Pradeep made our stay very comfortable. The Indian food was very good. The swimming pool and garden is very well maintained which is the highlight of the villa.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, pictures on the website don’t do justice to it - it’s even better in real. The garden is well maintained and makes the entire experience amazing. Everything about the property was wonderful , the villa is so well done up , the staff very courteous and helpful. Bandu , Kunal , Rachita and Pradeep (cook) were superb. Meals were just perfect . Had the most relaxed weekend. The villa is very well maintained. Bandu, Kunal and Ruchika were very helpful. chef Pawan made the most yummy food . My pet lab Biba enjoyed running around the garden and was looking for ways to jump into the pool, which of course we didn't allow. Overall a gr8 stay. Keep it up Prithvi Villa

Fantastic!! Right from check-in to check-out. Our 1st Saffron Stay experience and it was worthy of 5 stars!! Right from the pre-stay coordination with their local representative, Dinesh, to the in-house caretaking staff (Bandu, Kunal & Rachita) and, finally, the superb cooking of Chef Pradeep. Special mention to the food. We had strict instructions about allergies and preferences, and are picky about our food. Pradeep exceeded our expectations by making each meal accordingly yet maintaining the flavour and local authenticity. He and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant towards any request. Our 1.5month baby absolutely loved the fresh chapatis!! Happy baby = happy trip!! The property is only 2h15m from South Mumbai and the route is easy and smooth. The property is in a secure gates community yet each plot/ villa feels distanced and private. Photos and reality thankfully match in the case of Belmonte. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Several landscaped and furnished outdoor areas to have meals and relax. No mosquitos whatsoever. The only downside is the WIFI. But unless one intends to WFH, that does not mean negative points. Lastly, our compliments to the owner who has built a lovely home with lots of love and attention to detail. Their great taste in decor is visible everywhere and the use of the entire 1.5 acre plot to create so many "spaces" is a highlight of the stay.

We had a great stay. Bandhu ji and his team were extremely supportive for all our requests, respectful of our space yet always being available to make our stay a memorable one. The property is also beautiful, especially the garden, it’s maintenance and variety plants and flowers

The property is excellent and the hospitality of the in-house care takers were excellent. But your Safron stay staff at site didn't provide breakfast as promised on the phone which was a bit let down.

The villa is a very beautiful villa and the staff is courteous. Over all we had a lovely time. On the food once you tell them to cook according to your taste it gets better but avoid the Chinese meals. Go for the Indian meals preferably
