Overall fantastic experience..this is my 2nd visit fantastic place....but very very bad experience with Saffron coordination team ..15 th they call me and telling me about generator charges ( 1 hr 500 rs ) and pet charges 500 rs per day ..never mentioned at the time of booking.or no one bother to tell me before my trip start ..Really dissatisfied with these kind of service.hope in future this things will not happen..
The overall upkeep of the place was lacklustre. We didn't feel it was value for money. The good attitude and behaviour of the staff was the only saving grace.

We had stayed for one night at Aranya villas on our anniversary. Staff (mainly Ravi) and manager Avinash made great efforts in making special arrangements for us including room decor and candle light dinner. They ensured we had a great evening. Meals were awesome. The staff followed all safety and hygienic measures. The property is very beautiful. Will definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you.

We were a group of 20people. We had booked the whole property. Things about the property which all should know. It's in a very remote area. There is very min staff. There is no intercom in the room so if you need anything you have to walk yourself to the reception which technically does not exist which is about 10mins away from all rooms. They refuse to give us bisleri bottles there and say we will refill the bottles kept in the room. All my family members were without water at night. I was very specific to the marketing person who I was talking to about the meals provided he told he doesn't look into that once the Booking is done I will receive a call from the venue so just for a ref he sent me a pic with details. When I booked and received the call I didn't even get half of what I mentioned to the marketing person and the staff there was so rigid it was unbelievable. Before booking I had also mentioned that I will not pay cash for the security deposit I will carry cheque which he told okay. Till the last day I had to follow up with them and he turns around saying that I will have to pay the whole amount in cash, he didn't even know that the manager at the venue is equipped with gpay. He didn't bother to find that out in the initial stage and clarify. I mentioned while booking I will be taking my pet along and since I mentioned I thought the package given to me was including my pet charges when I reached there I was charged extra 500 for it. The meal times were all delayed we asked for lunch at 2.00pm we got it at 3.00 we asked for diner at 9.30 we got it at 10.00 we asked for breakfast at 8.30 we got it at 10.00. The general chk out time in any resort or hotel is 11.00 these people started at night only that we will need to vacat the rooms at 10.00 as there is another group coming. Also when I checked on the amount for the drivers I was told by the marketing person it would be 500 when you know the place is isolated so he should have been very clear that it is 500 for room and 1000 for meals. He just told me 500 and I was charged extra at the venue. My family was not involved in the booking process but trust me the whole team whoever I spoke to was only talking money every way to make money. I was so upset in the whole process of dealing with all that a day prior I didn't feel like going for the trip. I had also asked for a room to be decorated for the newly wedded couple I was promised it would be done but last minute no response.
Place is really good and the team is just exceptional. Only con 1) Poor network connectivity
The cleanliness was not brilliant with frogs and ants in the bathroom. The jacuzzi looked old and not well maintained and the sink was leaking. Avinash was a very responsive host from Saffron Stays and tried his best to cater to all our needs. He sent someone to escort us to the lake and came along to guide us to point 18 for the sunset views that were magical.
We had a great time and all our needs were taken care of. Wishing the best
Place is superb hospitality way above expectations, excellent staff services only thing require is maintaince of some furniture & fixtures bcoz rats shouldn’t come in rooms twice.
Don't judge the property by its first look. It's a place that will grow on you. The staff is very very sweet and helping. Food is good, but the charges don't do the justice. The biggest issue was that of insects & rooms have avenues which don't stop their entry. Property owner needs to work on this
