No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home.

Meals will be charged at an additional cost. Charges are INR 1800 + tax per adult and 1200 + tax per child per day. Breakfast will be served from 8 am to 9 am Lunch will be served from 2 pm to 3 pm Dinner will be served from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and afternoon tea time. If you would like tea/coffee during the day, this will be arranged at an additional charge.

While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip. The approach road to the property is bumpy and guests are advised to travel in a SUV, with sufficient ground clearance. Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at anytime.

There is a caretaker onsite.

A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
