How to Reach By Air Pantnagar Airport (PGH) is the nearest airport, about 60 km from the villa (roughly 1.5–2 hours by road). The airport is located near Pantnagar and serves as the primary air gateway to the Kumaon region. A pre-booked cab or SUV is the most convenient way to reach the property, with the route passing through Haldwani, Kathgodam, Bhowali and Bhimtal. By Rail Kathgodam Railway Station is the closest major railway station, about 27 km from the villa (roughly 1–1.5 hours by road). It is well connected to Delhi, Lucknow, Dehradun and other major cities across North India. From the station, a pre-arranged cab or SUV is the easiest way to reach the property. By Road The villa is located in Mehragaon, near Bhimtal and Sattal Bend, and is accessible by road from Haldwani and Kathgodam. Haldwani is approximately 30–35 km away, while Nainital is around 15 km away. Self-drive or a hired cab is recommended, with an SUV being particularly convenient for the hill roads
