Security deposit of Rs 2000 per room is to be paid online two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out.
All additional payments (such as extra meals, pet charges, etc.) will have to be paid to the caretaker onsite in cash at the end of your stay. In special circumstances, we do accept these payments through PayTM.
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case you're unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.
Food and Beverages
Yes. In case you would like the caretaker to cook a special dish, you can pay him for the actuals and cooking, cleaning fee on site, in cash. Please note that this will be subject to availability of ingredients. Fish and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals which is payable in cash to the caretaker onsite. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same.
We offer simple home cooked meals. There is a standard menu available. You can inform the caretaker in advance about your meal preferences (veg/non-veg), specific dietary requirements, etc.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen. Outside food is not allowed on our premises.
Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. There is ample ice stocked in the fridge. Snacks and other beverages can be arranged if advance notice is given to the caretaker. This amount will need to be paid to the onsite caretaker in cash, at the end of your stay.
Yes, there is a steady water supply. There is also an Aquaguard installed for pure water supply.
Children up to the age of 6 shall not be charged for meals. Children in the age group 6-11 shall be charged Rs 600 per day.

Yes, this is a pet-friendly villa. Pets will be charged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per pet. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and will be restricted to the verandah area. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets. In the event that guests cannot carry their own pet food, the caretaker will be available to cook and payment for the actuals will need to done at the property itself.

Currently, the area where the home is located has been facing load shedding. Genset is available at an additional cost. The rental for the genset and the cost for the diesel will have to be paid at actuals. Kindly ask the Reservations Teams while booking your stay.

Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. We have speakers with a USB port onsite, so you could attach your phone, pendrive to the music system. Guests are requested to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.

While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip. Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at anytime.
If you travel by train get down at Karjat station and take a Rickshaw to Bhorgaon phata, once you reach Bhorgaon phata take the 2nd left; follow google maps from there. Bungalow is 5 mins drive from here.
