Is Driver and/or House-Help accommodation available?

While there is a provision for driver accommodation, it's not at the property itself. There is an additional room at the caretaker's home, which is a 3-minute walk from the property. This is available at an additional charge of Rs. 1200 per person, per day with basic staff meals.

Parking is available on the premises.

Is the villa suitable for a day picnic?

Yes, the home has a garden/lawn area within the premises that could be used for outdoor picnic activities.

Do you allow us to stock things in your fridge?

Yes, you can use the fridge to store food/beverages.

Is there an aquaguard for drinking water supply? Do we need to carry our own Mineral Water bottles or are these readily available at your villa?

Yes, there is an Aquaguard for a steady water supply.

Is Alcohol allowed? Are there any corkage charges?

Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. There is ample ice stocked in the fridge. Guests are requested to carry there own alcohol.

Are meals provided onsite? What are the charges?

We offer the following meal packages for our guests. These rates are exclusive of GST. Adults: Meal Package 1: Rs.1300 per person, per day (Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast) Meal Package 2: Rs.1000 per person (Breakfast and Dinner) Kids: Meal Package 1: Rs.780 Meal Package 2: Rs.600 Meal charges are collected online via Google pay/Paytm etc a week prior to check-in. The home does not accept cash for the meals. Breakfast will be served until 10.00 am Lunch will be served until 2.00 pm Dinner will be served until 10.00 pm We provide healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients. We recommend trying out our local chef's speciality like Appam, Zunka Bhakhri, Shev Bhaji and Sabu Dana Khichdi. Don't forget to end the meal with sweet dish like Kheer, Basundi or Gulab Jamun. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

What is the type of cuisine served?

We offer simple home-cooked meals. You can inform the caretaker in advance about your meal preferences, specific dietary requirements, etc.

Is smoking / alcohol consumption permitted?

Smoking is allowed only in the smoking area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late-night revelry or loud music.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Check-out can be extended maximum until 11 am. Late checkout will be charged at Rs.1,000 per hour. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking.

What formalities are needed during check-in and check-out?

As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.

Are we allowed to access all areas?

Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighbouring properties and homeowner's area under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours and homeowners.

How do we reach your villa by public transport?

Take a Bus to Panchgani. From there take a taxi to Taighat wadi.

Are stag groups allowed to book this home?

No. We do not allow stag groups to book this home.

What is the cancellation policy?

A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM). A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.

Can I pay 50% now and pay the remaining 50% closer to the date?

Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.

How can I make a payment?

Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed.

How and when do I pay for the Security Deposit and how and when is it returned to me?

A security deposit of Rs. 15,000 is to be paid online. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned after check-out.

Can I redeem any offers while booking this home?

No. Members cannot redeem their nights, utilise their privileges, or avail any offers while booking this home.

What type of beds, mattresses do you have?

Our bedrooms have lovely queen-sized beds. All our mattresses have mattress protectors.

Do you provide toiletries and bath towels?

Yes, we provide toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, etc.

Is there Internet/ 3G/ WiFi connection available onsite?

No, WiFi is not available. There is adequate network connectivity, if not 3G then 2G.

Does the villa face frequent power outages? Are there any invertors or gensets to address this issue?

Yes, we have a backup inverter in case of rare occasions of power failure.

Is the Home air-conditioned?

Our home is surrounded by greenery and it is cool throughout the day. Our home is not air-conditioned but all the rooms have been furnished with fans.

Is there a security guard / watchman?

There is no watchman, but a caretaker at the villa.

Are the premises monitored using CCTVs?

There are CCTV cameras installed on the property.

Is there First-aid kit available at your Home?

Yes, we do have a first-aid kit onsite.

Is the property properly fenced? Is there a boundary wall?

There is a small bamboo fencing around the edges.

Is the villa and its surroundings well lit up?

The villa is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas i.e lawns, grounds.

Is there a caretaker onsite?

Caretakers live next door and can be reached out to in case of emergency. Timings for caretaker's work hours are 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM with two hours of lunch and rest break in between.

When coming into Panchgani, drive past Parsi Point on your right-hand side, then take the first right turn sloping downwards away from the main road. Park your car in the lot and walk down.

Is this home child-friendly?

Yes, the villa is child-friendly. The terrace has railings to ensure safety. Although, parents are requested to take adequate precaution.

Is the villa wheelchair accessible?

No, our home is not wheelchair accessible.

Is the place pet-friendly?

No, this is not a pet-friendly villa. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

What can we do for fun around the property?

Take a tour of this scenic town. Visit the famous tourist sites like the Parsi point, Sydney point, Table land and Kamal Gad. Delve in the Rajpuri caves and enjoy a camping adventure at Dhom dam.
