Is smoking / alcohol consumption permitted?

Smoking and alcohol consumption are permitted in designated areas. However, we request guests to be mindful and follow safety guidelines. Smoking indoors is not allowed to maintain the freshness of the space.

What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check-outs or an early check-in?

Our standard check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please let us know your request in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

What formalities are needed during check-in and check-out?

During check-in, all guests are required to present a valid government-approved photo ID that clearly show their residential address for verification. The booking details will be confirmed, and any pending payments, if applicable, will need to be settled. At check-out, we request guests to ensure that all personal belongings are collected and to inform the staff of any damages or issues during their stay. A quick inspection of the villa may be conducted before departure. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Are we allowed to access all areas?

Guests have access to the entire villa. If you need anything, our team will be happy to assist you. Additionally, guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We kindly request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbors.

Is this home child-friendly?

Yes, our home is child friendly. There is plenty of space to run around and many indoor activities that will keep your children occupied. The home has instead been stocked with board games such as Life, Monopoly, Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis and Darts. There is also a basic first-aid kit, stocked with Dettol, band-aids, etc., for minor injuries. Parents are advised to be cautious when allowing kids to run around.

Is the place pet-friendly?

Yes, this is a pet-friendly villa. Pets will be charged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per pet. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and will be restricted to the verandah area. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.

Is this home senior citizen friendly?

Yes, our home is senior citizen-friendly. We have one bedroom on the ground floor, accessible with a small set of steps that can be climbed comfortably. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, making it convenient for seniors, especially at night. Additionally, all bathrooms feature anti-skid flooring for added safety. For medical emergencies, the caretaker has access to doctor-on-call and ambulance services. The home is also ambulance accessible for any urgent situations.
