The SaffronStays First Family membership entitles you to free stay at any SaffronStays home as per the chosen plan.
· Weekday Nights – Weekday Nights are defined as Monday- Thursday night bookings.
· Weekend Nights – Weekend Nights are either defined as Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights or public holidays (gazetted holidays as per Government of India).
Blackout Nights – Blackout nights are from 22nd December till 2nd January of the following year. This applies ONLY for the FREE stays. There are NO blackout dates, if the member chooses to book using his/ her discount privilege.
Presently, we offer different membership plans ranging from 2 to 10 years. Please check your plan and invoice, for details.
Unfortunately, these unutilised free nights expire at the end of the membership term.
That’s not an issue, you can avail the remaining night, and the rest will be billed as per your membership plan. In case you want to extend the membership, our Concierge Team ([email protected]) would be able to help you with that.
No, food is not included. All our properties have trained cooks, and meals are chargeable.
Yes, your membership continues for the remaining term of your membership validity and you can avail an unrestricted number of stays at the discounted rate as per your plan.
The membership plans have been specifically crafted considering the typical usage patterns of our Guests. Use the Weekday nights for your parents outings, spouses parties, anniversaries (that don't necessarily fall on weekends), or team offsites, etc.
Yes, there is a Fair Usage Policy in place. Members cannot stay in one Home more than 3 nights in a Year. This is to allow all our members to get a fair chance at booking all homes. In case of the FREE stays that are part of your plan, this is 2 nights.
We are in the process of launching a few Secret Homes and Private Estates. Saffron Members get privileged access to these marquee Homes, at discounted rates, over others. Members have access to Silver and Gold Category Homes.
A member needs to be personally present during stay. Every year, we allow members (check your plan), to share this privilege with their friends, colleagues and business partners, for a defined number of nights.
Discounted rates apply for your accommodation charges, including extra guest charges. Discounts do not apply to Food & Beverages, Transportation, Cook Charges, Generator/ Diesel charges, if any.
Check your plan for the maximum number of allowed members. These names cannot be changed once nominated. Any one of these nominees can avail of the membership benefits.

FREE STAY - The number of guests depends on your plan. The member does not pay any accommodation charges upto the number of allowed total free guests s per plan. In case you would like to invite guests beyond the this number, members will have to pay the applicable charges per person, per night.
OTHER BOOKINGS - As per your booking. Any one of the members have be personally present.
Children below the age of 6 can travel free of charge. Children above 6 years have to be nominated as members or counted as individual non-member guests.

Yes, you can cancel the booking up to 2 weeks before the date of check-in. A flat rescheduling/ cancellation charge of ₹ 5000 will apply.
Bookings open 3 months in advance for members.
No, the entire home will be booked for your group. You will be not be sharing the Home with other guests.
Availability is on a first-come-first-serve basis amongst members. The membership itself offers members exclusive access to certain homes, and priority access to the rest. A limited number of memberships are being issued to assure access.
No. For most homes a member does not have to pay any security deposit.
